5. Shipping

Koala Fabrics aims to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on destination and the Australia Post service selected.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If you need to update them, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
