Koala Fabrics aim to pack and send orders within 1- 2 business days.

Parcels will be sent by Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Domestic Delivery Times

Orders will be dispatched from South East Victoria.

Australia - $12.20 for standard and $15.60 for express post

New Zealand- $ 24.00 for standard and $39.00 for express post

Parcel Insurance

Australia Post's Standard Cover will cover the cost of your item if it is lost or damaged while being carried by them up to the value of $100 

•  Standard Cover is free for orders $0 to $100

For orders over $100, you can purchase Australia Post's Extra Cover.

• Extra Cover- $2.50 for each subsequent $100 above Standard Cover.

Signature On Delivery

If you are not home, Australia Post will leave your order in a safe place.

• Signature On Delivery- $2.95
