Change of Mind

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, fabric can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is unwashed and in its original condition. Please contact us for return instructions. Gift cards are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Issues with Your Order

If you experience a problem with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or noticing a fault with your fabric, please email us with photos, so we can assess the issue.

In these cases, we're happy to arrange a refund, replacement, or return, depending on the situation. Items should be unwashed and in their original condition.
