Refund policy

Change of Mind

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, fabric can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is unwashed and in its original condition. Please contact us for return instructions. Gift cards are not eligible for change of mind returns. Return shipping for change of mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Issues with Your Order

If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item or a fault with the fabric, please email us with photos so we can assess it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or return where appropriate. Items should be unwashed and in their original condition.
