Koala Fabrics aim to pack and send orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are sent via Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Domestic Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from South East Victoria.

Standard

Same state (VIC): estimated 2–4 business days.

Interstate: estimated 3–6 business days.

Express

Same state (VIC): estimated 1–2 business days.

Interstate: estimated 1–3 business days.

Flat-Rate Delivery

Australia: $12.20 standard / $15.60 express

Signature On Delivery

Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if deemed safe to do so.

If you would prefer Signature On Delivery, please contact us before placing your order so this can be arranged.

If you’re worried about missed deliveries or parcels being left unattended, Australia Post Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect is a free and secure option.
