The Rachelle Holowko Collection by Devonstone Fashion features Australian floral and botanical prints across quilting cottons and fashion basecloths.
Devonstone Fashion, the latest division of the Devonstone Collection, has unveiled its second release, The Rachelle Holowko Collection.
This range builds on the success of Summer Abroad and introduces a new collaboration with Melbourne artist Rachelle Holowko. Known for expressive, light filled floral artworks, Rachelle blends Australian native florals and painterly botanicals with a contemporary colour palette.
A collaboration between art and fabric design
Rachelle’s background as a painter and surface pattern designer shows in the detailed brushwork and layered colour throughout the collection. Motifs include banksias, waratahs, eucalyptus blossoms and proteas. The artwork translates well to fabric and keeps the soft, joyful character of her original acrylic paintings.
