Pre-Orders FAQ

Future fabric collections can be purchased from our Coming Soon/Pre-Order collection and product pages. These fabrics aren't currently in-stock and will arrive at a later date.

Can I include pre-order fabrics in the same order as in-stock fabrics?
Please don't include pre-order and in-stock fabrics in the same order. We request that you place two separate orders. An exception to this is where the ETA on a pre-order is very soon.
If your order includes in-stock & pre-order fabrics we may need to email an invoice for the additional postage cost as we are no longer have room to hold orders for an extended period.

When will my pre-order fabrics arrive?
Each pre-order product listing will display an estimated date that the fabric collection is due to arrive in-store. The specified arrival date is our best estimate, and will be updated if there are any changes.
Pre-order collections are subject to delays, please don't rely on your pre-ordered fabrics arriving by the estimated arrival date.

How can I keep updated on my pre-order's estimated arrival?
You can keep updated on the arrival date by going to your order confirmation (please check your junk mail) and clicking on 'view your order.' From there, navigate to the product page. Alternatively, you can go to our website and enter the product name into the search bar.
